This hotel is one of my favorite stops on my way up to LOTW! Brandon and staff are awesome. Becca did a great job with our room it was so coran and well stocked. The breakfast is hot and plentiful. Great job all and thanks for making us feel at home!
I stayed here last night and was so happy about how clean it was. The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were great! It was a very nice stay. Definitely worth the affordable price. Staff were welcoming, breakfast good
If you are staying longer than 3 days request extra towels at check in or you will have to use the same towels. They don't replenish anything in the room or empty trash.They said 3 days and rooms would be serviced, didn't happen. We asked for clean towels every evening. They should have enough in the rooms to last for 3 days.

Rooms are newly remodeled. The sink area is smal with no room to put your toiletry bag. We could hear the person in the room next to us when he was talking on his phone, but luckily, he wasn't on it the whole time.breakfast was delicious. Beds were super comfortable. Didn't get the room we had reserved (reserved a King, but got double queens instead). We were in a hurry so didn't have time to go back and request a room change, but we're disappointed the front desk did not make us aware of the change.
No FOX News channel although it was listed on the guide. CNN & MSNOW had their own channel. Politics? Hope not.
I was stranded in Brainerd during the last blizzard. I called ahead and the staff was so graceous and told me about food in the area so I could grab take out on my way. The rooms were clean, comforable and quiet. The plowing and sidewalks were clear by morning. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the staff was happy and cheerful. Thanks for making a snow storm fun!
Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Additional shoutout to the hotel manager. My wife and I rode our Harley down and ran into some unexpected rain. When we realized that we forgot our cover for the motorcycle, he moved the bench in front of the hotel and let us park our bike there and got us checked in early. 10 out of 10 for service. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
